When your sims just want to get married there is also an option to elope. But i couldn't find any cake inside the bake option. To get any sim pregnant no matter the gender, make sure to select the 'can get pregnant' or 'can get to do so, enter sims.get_sim_id_by_name in command. To get married in sims mobile, you'll need to complete the wedding set first.
